Terms & Conditions

For projects under £100, full payment is required upfront before work begins.
For projects £100 and over, a 50% deposit is required before work starts. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before final files are released.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

Once full payment is received, Binky Creative grants you full rights to use the final design as you wish.
All initial concept designs and unused drafts remain the property of Binky Creative and may not be used, modified, or sold.
Fonts used in designs may require a separate commercial license, which is the responsibility of the client to purchase. Binky Creative does not provide font licenses.
Copywriting, images, and other assets provided by the client must be owned by or licensed to the client. Binky Creative is not responsible for copyright infringements related to client-provided content.

Binky Creative aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the design, the following refund terms apply:

Before initial concepts are provided → Full refund available.
After initial concepts are provided but before final approval → 50% refund available.
After final approval & delivery of files → No refunds available.

All design costs exclude printing fees. Clients are responsible for arranging printing with their chosen provider.
Binky Creative can provide print-ready files and recommend print specifications but is not responsible for printing quality or errors made by third-party printers.

Each design package includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Once final approval is given and files are delivered, any further edits will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.

Binky Creative is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues resulting from the use of the designs.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their designs comply with applicable trademark and copyright laws.

Binky Creative will provide estimated timeframes for each project. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing information) may extend completion times.
All communication will be via email (binkycreative@gmail.com) unless otherwise agreed.
